Our safeguarding commitment
Directional CIC is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of every young person we work with. We expect all staff, volunteers, and partners to share this commitment without exception.
All staff undergo enhanced DBS checks. We maintain over 50 policies and procedures, and every team member is trained in safeguarding. We have a Designated Safeguarding Lead who oversees all concerns and referrals.
