Outcomes & Impact

We track attendance, engagement, behaviour incidents, and progress against individual targets for every young person we work with. Schools receive half-termly written reports and regular review meetings so there's never any guesswork about how a placement or outreach programme is going.

Progress looks different for every young person. For some, it's a significant improvement in attendance. For others, it's fewer behaviour incidents, stronger relationships with staff, or a successful return to mainstream education. We report honestly on what's working and what needs to change.
