Outreach sessions are tailored to each school's needs. We offer weekly or fortnightly 1:1 mentoring, small group work focused on emotional regulation, social skills, and resilience, and targeted interventions for students at risk of disengaging. Sessions can take place in school or at a community venue — whichever works best for the young person.
We report back to schools regularly with attendance records, engagement observations, and progress notes. Our outreach is designed to complement your existing pastoral provision — not replace it — giving students additional structured support from someone outside the school hierarchy.
