What we offer
Three strands of support — Alternative Provision, School Outreach, and Community Work. Each one is built around the young person, not around a one-size-fits-all programme.
When mainstream school isn't working right now
Some young people can't be in mainstream school — not because they don't want to learn, but because something else is getting in the way.
Our AP gives them somewhere safe and structured to continue their education, rebuild their confidence, and work towards going back — or find the right next step.
Who we typically work with
- Students at risk of or subject to permanent exclusion
- Young people who've stopped attending school
- Students who need a managed move or a fresh start
- Young people dealing with social, emotional, or mental health difficulties
Where: Mainly Bedfordshire and surrounding areas. Get in touch to check availability.

Extra support, built around your school
Sometimes a student doesn't need a full AP placement — they need someone consistent to walk alongside them. We deliver 1:1 and group support in your school or in community settings.
We don't come in with a fixed programme. We listen to what you need, assess the students, and shape the support around what will actually make a difference.
How we can work with you
- 1:1 mentoring sessions — in school or off-site
- Small group programmes — usually 4 to 8 students
- Lunchtime and after-school sessions
- Community-based activities for harder-to-reach students
- Staff CPD and awareness sessions
Giving young people something positive to belong to
Not everything happens in school. Some of our most important work takes place in community settings — where young people can connect, try new things, and build confidence without the pressure of a classroom.
Youth programmes
Structured group sessions during school holidays, focused on building confidence, communication skills, and routines that transfer back into school life.
Local partnerships
Joint work with schools and local authorities to support young people who are out of mainstream education or at risk of becoming so.
Targeted projects
Short-term focused work with cohorts identified by referring schools — for example, supporting a Year 10 group through transition into Year 11.
